Saab has been a renowned name when it comes to class apart cars. One of them is 9-3 that holds all the features that make it quite useful. This is the car that comes under the segment of a four-door saloon. The different trim levels are also equipped with different features that make it quite efficient. This model was introduced in 2002 at the American International Auto Show.

Saab9-3: Second Generation

The Saab 9-3 is equipped with three different versions that come with different engine capacities. 1.8T, 2.0t and 2.0T are the three kinds of the engine used in this model. These engines are mated with 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed 'Sentronic' engine. There were four different trim levels available for this model. Linear, Vector, and Arc, and a top-of-the-range Aero model are the trim available in which the aero is the top-end model while the vector and arc model is more of a luxurious one. This is among the brands that keep on experimenting with different fuel resources. Biopower models have also gained much popularity that helps in maintaining the sustainable nature of this car brand towards society. Other than that, it also has both diesel and petrol engines available in the market.

Different functionalities define the performance of this car. This car has most of the features that hold the crux of comfortability. Apart from that, it also has performance- oriented features that keep a check on influential factors. If a brand is only providing styling and looks then it is tough for them to survive the long run. Saab provides equal importance to both of the attributes and it is among the prominent competitive advantage. The input of some of the class-apart features is the core of this car. In addition to those, the technical specifications are also effective ones.
