Toyota Avalon III (XX30) is a third-generation model from the Avalon car series. This production of this model was started in 2005 and was wrapped in 2012. After the second-gen Avalon cars, the company redesigned the Avalon series for the 2005 launch. Toyota Avalon III XX30 was first revealed at the North American International Auto Show.

The company reduced the product development time to 18 months from 29.5 months. Also, the third-gen Avalon cars were not available in Japan or Europe. The Toyota Avalon III XX30 was larger than all the other previous models. It also became the first Toyota car to have a single piece of wiper blade design. It featured the Toyota dual VVt-I with a 3.5 liter 2GR-FE V6 engine.

The engine was equipped with a 5-speed sequential-shift automatic. Toyota Avalon III (XX30) was available in three trims including the XL, XLS, limited, and touring. The later versions of Toyota Avalon III (XX30) were modified to make them better and more comfortable.
