Toyota 4Runner IV (N210) is a fourth-generation vehicle with production duration starting from 2003 and ending in 2009. This is a semi-luxury SUV with off-road capabilities.

All 4Runner cars were equipped with skid plates for the engine, fuel tank and transfer case to avoid damage during off-roading. It was also equipped with the Hill-Start Assist Control system which prevented the car from rolling backward on inclines. Along with that, the 4Runner had a Downhill Assist Control that helped modulate the brakes. It could throttle automatically without inputs from the driver to give a smooth hill descent experience.

Some of the standard features of a 4Runner are tilt and telescoping steering wheel, power driver’s lumbar support, remote keyless entry, and power rear tailgate window. All the features together made the 4Runner one of the most desirable vehicles in the market back then.

Toyota 4Runner IV (N210) was one of the finest semi-luxury SUV manufactured by Toyota. However, they released very limited cars in the market. Not just that, but even the duration of production was also short.
