Integrated Power Module

The Integrated Power Module is located in the engine compartment near the air cleaner assembly. This center contains cartridge fuses and mini fuses. A label that identifies each component may be printed on the inside of the cover. Refer to the graphic below for FUSES/TIPM location.

After doing a volt meter test to find the parasitic draw on my Chrysler 200 fuse number 14 is the culprit !witch is the instrument panel ! Does that mean the entire panel must be replaced or can there be a route cause please help
