Ford Explorer V Fuse box passenger compartment fuse panel

The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses. To remove a fuse use the fuse puller tool provided on the fuse panel cover.

Where is starter relay fuse?

is this the same layout as a 2016 base ford explorer?! my drivers side window keeps getting stuck and going up and down, and my SYNC is stuck on initialize and Bluetooth !! one site said both were 10 amp fuses. this one says the windows is a 30amp & the Sync is a 10amp.
